About Us

The Alacrify Foundation CIC is run by its three directors, Jon Sloper, Nicola Hembrey and Ralph Corderoy. Here you can find out a little more about them.

Jon Sloper

Jon's worked in all kinds of community projects, from schools counselling to arts development and community transformation. Over 20 years running Alacrify Ltd Jon has provided countless hours of pro bono support to dozens of local and national community organisations. This has included creating websites, designing marketing campaigns and collateral, setting up admin and fundraising systems, and building communication platforms and social media solutions. Jon's vision, expertise and broad experience give a credibility and network of opportunities that benefits all our projects.

Nicola Hembrey

Nicola works with Alacrify on a freelance basis, bringing a wealth of project management experience to help us balance our extensive workload. She has 25 years experience in public sector heritage organisations, and has an especial feel for heritage and the many local community projects Alacrify supports. She is a passionate campaigner for accessibility and equaility, and has worked in many community roles, from school governor to mentor to peer supporter. Her energy, skills and experience as an activist, catalyst, and networker add depth and impact to the work that we do.

Ralph Corderoy

Ralph has worked on many highly technical projects with Jon and James at Alacrify. His expertise in scaling and optimising high-demand web services has been used to great effect in helping to deliver high-performance web solutions across a range of sectors. Ralph has a keen understanding of open source data systems and is highly skilled in designing complex solutions for optimised data networks.
